James Chuang immigrated to the United States in 1984, aspiring to achieve the American Dream. In 1997, he and his brothers launched their first location in Princeton, New Jersey. Since that time, the establishment has transformed from a small, family-run restaurant into a luxury sushi catering company, serving an impressive array of high-profile venues in New York City, including Cipriani, The Plaza, and Mandarin Oriental. In 2019, the company was recognized as one of Harriette Rose Katz's “Chosen Few.”
